Silly Goose Farm is located about 25 minutes East of Sharon Springs, and the famous Beekman Mansion (home to Beekman 1802).

Hi Deanna! I've been meaning to write you---forgive me! ADORE your farm. I wish I could move right in! My friend rented an entire boys summer camp for lodging for her guests, otherwise I'd be at your front door! I would LOVE to... but will be at a wedding that weekend. It looks so super beautiful and I can imagine all of the adventures I would have in a weekend down at the farm!

The answer is YES...I have dreamed of living in my own farmhouse! I live in NYC and am always up for a quiet weekend in the country, and your house looks like the perfect spot! My husband and I are lucky in that we have very flexible jobs and love to be spontaneous. Email me if you have particular dates in mind you'd like to rent the farm. I will send you more information on the house and property, as well as any happenings in the time you'd like to visit. We are also a convenient 2 hour train ride from NYC (tickets are approximately $50 round trip). You will need a car/taxi to get from the train station to the farm.
